The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Wisdom, and consolidation of your wisdom must be centred on, as with faith and knowledge, the wisdom of the Holy Spirit, not just the wisdom of God.  As the elect of the Holy Spirit, understand now that the Holy Spirit, having set you apart for the work that He has for you to do, expects you not only to do what Jesus has been doing and the greater things, but to learn to do what He, the Holy Spirit, does and the way He does it.  For Jesus said, “Anyone who has seen Me has seen the Father,”[1] but He did not ever tell us that when we have seen Jesus we would see the Holy Sprit, even though They are One.

As to what wisdom is, you are able to search that out in Scriptures for yourself, especially with the use of a concordance.  As such, we will not proceed to define or discuss what wisdom is or how you acquire it, but on the assumption that you have wisdom to some degree, then it is that wisdom we will seek to consolidate.  If you do not have wisdom, then ask God for wisdom, as James the Younger advised the Jews, but anyone who has come to acknowledge the truth about themselves and accepted the Truth who is Christ Jesus and repented to follow Him, has received wisdom.  That wisdom will be proved by their actions and their children, which leads to the salvation of their souls, for the wise win souls.  Since as the Psalmist wrote:  The fool says in his heart, “There is no God,”[2] then the wise must be ones who hold in their hearts, “There is God,” thus those who seek to enrich themselves in wisdom would seek out the Lord.

So, anyone who follows and listens to Jesus and practises His words because He is their Lord and Saviour, has wisdom, the wisdom to save their own souls, and if they would then testify of their salvation and knowledge of Jesus, then they have the wisdom to save others as well.  However, their wisdom is not of the quality of the Holy Spirit’s, for though they have the wisdom to believe and follow, even practise and preach, they have not stopped to consider the wisdom of the Wise, the Spirit of Wisdom Himself.  Then, what does the wisdom of the Holy Spirit lead Him to do for the Father and the Lord?

If those who say in their hearts “There is no God,” are called fools in the psalms, what does one call those who slander those they do not know as if they had the authority to speak?  It is also written:  Even a fool is thought wise if he keeps silent.[3]  At least fools, having denied the existence of God, speak nothing about God.  But many are those who speak out about what is recorded in Scripture as if they were witnesses to the event in such a way that they make the Author of the Scriptures a liar.  For all Scripture is God-breathed.[4]  So those who use their church positions and titles to declare events recorded in Scriptures, such as the virgin birth and the visitation of the three kings, are saying that God breathes lies and untruths, fantasies and legends.  Yes, the fool says there is no God, but even the fool is better off than the one who says he is a servant of God and yet makes the Holy Spirit out to be a liar, for it is written:  Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet’s own interpretation.  For prophecy never had its origin in the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.[5]

And since it is the Holy Spirit who makes known to us what belongs to God and reminds us what Jesus said, who do these men, who appoint themselves to be judges of what is written, think reminded the writers of the gospels what Jesus said and did.  And if He, the Spirit, reminded them of what Jesus taught in Matthew and Luke, then has it not occurred to them that it was also the Holy Spirit who revealed to the writers the visitation of the three wise men and the virgin birth?

As you see and hear of more and more appointed leaders of the church declare their judgement on what is written as being legend, stories, fantasies, morality plays, and outright falsehood, rejoice, for as the Lord said, “Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold; but he who stands firm to the end will be saved.”[6]  So when you hear of appointed heads of denominations slander the Scriptures, rejoice and stand firm, for they are preparing the way for the false prophet and the beast for us who are waiting for Jesus to arrive.

But to stand firm, you must consolidate what you have so that more can be given to you in a way that it is not wasted.  He who wins souls is wise[7] and He who gets wisdom loves his own soul.[8]  Then what of the One who consolidates the wisdom He has?  Let us leave the foolish ones to their foolishness and the blind guides to their blindness, and see what the wisdom of the Wise leads Him to do.

Because He is wise, the Spirit of Wisdom, the Holy Spirit is the Soul Winner, testifying for Jesus with His power so that those who have heard the Good News of the Lord preached to them may have the message confirmed with signs, wonders, and miracles.  And in His wisdom, He lavishes on us His gifts that allow us to bear fruit, reminding us of the Law of God, and so reviving our souls, as it is written:  The Law of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul.[9]  To the Jews, the Holy Spirit reminds them of the Law of Moses and revives the soul of Israel, inspiring them to prepare for their Messiah, even going as far as rebuilding the temple on the mount in the days to come so that there will be a temple for the anti-Christ to declare himself as God.  To the disciples of Christ, He restores to us the Law of God to listen to Jesus, and revives the soul of the church so that she can prepare herself to greet Jesus on His arrival at the Mount of Olives.  The Law of Moses is perfect for the Jews, and the Law of God is perfect for the disciples of Jesus.

So the consolidation of your wisdom is to have the wisdom to see that to the Jews, we must become like Jews to inspire them to restore to themselves the entirety of the Law of Moses with its blood sacrifices and temple offerings, whilst to the church, we must be disciples who can testify about the reality of the life of ones who have listened and practised what they have heard so as to inspire other disciples to repent and believers to aspire to be disciples.

And from the Holy Spirit, you will learn this one wisdom —the wisdom to listen to hear what God is saying rather than the foolishness of telling God what you are thinking, for there is no need to tell God what you are thinking.  He has already searched your thoughts, but there is a need to hear what God is saying.  The Holy Spirit “will not speak on His own; He will speak only what He hears…”[10] and so He is the One who listens, and having heard, goes forth to do what God has said.

The consolidation of your wisdom begins when you learn to listen as the Holy Spirit listens to God and does what He says.  So those who have learnt to listen to Jesus, and having listened to Jesus goes to do what Jesus said, have begun to make their wisdom solid.  But how does one test that one’s wisdom is consolidated or even that one is consolidating one’s wisdom?  Signs, wonders and miracles are not proof of authenticity, for even the false prophet can do great signs, wonders and miracles to deceive the elect if that were possible.

Paul wrote:  Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith; test yourselves.[11]  And it is written in the Aramaic of the Peshitta as:  Examine yourselves whether you are in the same faith; heal your souls.  The faith of the Holy Spirit – the Faith – can heal your soul even as you wait upon the goal of your faith, the salvation of your soul.  If the faith of the Holy Spirit can heal your soul, then what would the wisdom of the Holy Spirit lead Him to do with His faith and His knowledge?

He who is Wise, who listens intently to the Father and the Son, also searches the deep things of God.  The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God. In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.[12]  And if He knows the thoughts of God, He knows the desires of the soul of God and the distress of His soul.  For Jesus said, “My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death.  Stay here and keep watch with Me.”[13]

Now listen:  The wisdom of the Holy Spirit will permit you to win the soul of Jesus, and will inspire you to stay here and keep watch for Him since He is not with us.  It will inspire you to stay awake to seek out all the different ways to be awake and to seek out ways to stay here alive till He arrives.  His wisdom will aspire you to believe in the words of Jesus that are too impossible to believe for a mere mortal, even John 11:26 that you who live and believe will never die.  And His wisdom will save you from the slippery ground and quagmire that awaits those who put themselves in places of judgement of the truth of God’s sacrifice so that you will not share their fate.  And the knowledge that you are staying here and keeping watch for Him will surely refresh and revive the soul of Jesus, for then He now knows that when He returns as the Son of Man, He will find more than faith.

But more than that, the wisdom of the Holy Spirit will allow you to win not the souls of men, but the very soul of God, win it as in having the very soul of God yearn and pant for you to be in His courts, as your soul faints and even yearns for His court.  Imagine… to be one and ones who the soul of God yearns and pants for as a deer thirsts to be in His household, to be in His courts, so permanently that He can but make you pillars in His Temple.

We know God has a soul, for Jesus said, “My soul is overwhelmed…” and the Psalmist wrote:  the wicked and those who love violence His soul hates.[14]  Therefore, if we hate what His soul hates, we have begun to be like Him, and have made ourselves eligible for His election as His soul mates.  But now, go further and be what His soul would love —for if His soul hates the wicked and those who love violence, then you know that His soul, yes, God’s soul, loves those who do not forsake God, but fear Him and seek after Him as well as those who love peace.  No wonder Jesus said, “Blessed are the peace makers, for they will be called sons of God.”[15]

The Holy Spirit’s wisdom will show your soul what to hate and what to love so that you will possess a soul that is after God’s own soul.  It will show you to guard your mouth so that you will not utter a word against the words of Jesus, nor forsake the works of Jesus for the sake of the words of other men.  It will guard you from foolishness that is worse than the foolishness of sinning against the Mosaic Law.  It will guard you from being denounced by Jesus before the Father and His holy angels because you were ashamed of Him and His words before men whilst you professed to be a little Christ.

And if you truly hate violence and love peace, it will guard you from the violence that men do to God as they question Him and His Anointed One with rudeness and arrogance, saying, “If You are the Son of God, tell us…” and even raising their hands against His Anointed One.  You see, it was men who wanted peace between men who crucified Jesus.  It was Pilate who wanted to pacify the Jews who handed Jesus over to their demand, “Crucify Him!”  Men seeking peace with men for the sake of peace in our times always unleashes the worst of evil, the peace that false prophets prophesy, the peace that brings them into direct conflict with God.  The wisdom of the Holy Spirit will convict you to bring Jesus back, the Prince of Peace, and will teach you that there can be no peace on Earth until He who is the Prince of Peace is crowned King of all the Earth in the flesh.  So, it will allow you to discern and avoid the deception of false peace, so that the condemned one, who will convince Israel and many nations to sign a peace treaty for one seven, will not cause you to take your eyes off your task of keeping watch for Him.

Since Wisdom is known and proved right by Her children and Her actions, then the wisdom of the Holy Spirit will cause you to prepare your children after you for the arrival of Jesus and the millennial reign that will follow in the very least.  Your instructions to your children, be they of your flesh or spirit, will always be faced with teachings that remind and prepare them for the arrival of Christ, and the actions of your life will always be that of one who, whilst living a productive life, is one who uses that life to train yourself for the reality of Jesus’ arrival and His millennial reign.  Unlike those who consider what is written in the gospels as legends, untruths and stories, the Scriptures for you will be the rock upon which you stand, a rock made more solid because you have consolidated your wisdom to follow Jesus with the wisdom of the Holy Spirit, to win the souls of Jesus and His Father.

The souls of Jesus and His Father need no salvation as ours do, but nevertheless, because Their souls, like ours, experience sorrow and loves and hates, then Their souls, like ours, can be won over.  See now that as you preach the gospel and live the gospel before men and God, that not only are you seeking to win the souls of men, but you are now seeking to win the very souls of God the Father and God the Son as well.

And if God were to have the souls whom They would faint and yearn to have with Them forever, united with Them as the pillars of Their Temple in which They dwell, would that not heal even the souls of God?  So, test your faith and see that you have the faith that heals even the souls of God, and be wise as the Holy Spirit is Wise.  Go and win souls—even the souls of God.
